QA.army uses the same saved Tests and result meanings whether a Run starts manually or through automation.

Manual runs

Authorized customers can create, start, inspect, and cancel explicit saved Web Runs through the SaaS app, published CLI, and local MCP under the same Workspace permissions. A request to start a Run is not proof of a passing result; inspect its terminal status and available evidence.

Scheduled monitoring

Scheduled monitoring will let teams run selected Test Groups at regular intervals and receive results when important journeys need attention. It is not currently available.

Pull-request testing

Dynamic PR testing is an assisted pilot for selected Workspaces, not generally available. It uses change-focused Tests alongside configured saved regression coverage. See GitHub Pull Request Testing for pilot limits and setup requirements.
