# Account and Access Problems

> Prepare to resolve sign-in, membership, and test-account problems safely.

> **Warning**

> QA.army sign-in and authorized Workspace access are available. Signing in does
> not join another Workspace or sign the test browser into your application.
> Invitation acceptance and access-request controls have separate availability.

First confirm the signed-in user belongs to the intended Workspace and can
access its Project. For missing Workspace access, contact the Workspace owner;
repeating sign-in does not grant membership. For a failing product sign-in journey, verify that the
dedicated test account is enabled, has the expected product role, and contains
no real customer data.

Never paste passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, or recovery information
into a support request, Test step, screenshot, or bug report.
