# Notifications and Issue Tracking

## Route by outcome

* Send `FAILED` to the owner of the affected product journey.
* Send `ERROR` to the person who can resolve access, setup, or execution.
* Treat `CANCELLED` as incomplete work, not a product defect.

## Make issues reproducible

A useful issue names the Environment, expected and observed behavior, affected
step, severity basis, and available screenshots, recordings, and reproduction
information. Do not copy credentials or sensitive customer data into an issue.
