# Create and Start Runs

> Prepare, start, watch, and cancel a saved Test run.

## Create

Choose a saved Test and Environment to create a Run. QA.army checks that you have access and that the Test has the information required to run.

> **Note**
>
> A new Workspace includes 10 initial free Runs with no credit card required.
> Creating or editing a Test does not consume a Run or authorize execution.

## Start

Start a Run once it is ready. Starting the same Run more than once does not create duplicate work.

## Watch

Watch the Run status to see whether it is waiting, active, complete, cancelled, or needs attention.

## Cancel

Cancel a Run when it is no longer needed. QA.army preserves the result and evidence that were available before cancellation.

Direct Web Run management and execution are available in the SaaS app. The CLI
and API use the same Run record and result meanings for supported operations.
