# Plans and Usage

> Understand QA.army's 10 initial free Runs and what counts as a Run.

## Start with 10 free Runs

Every new Workspace includes 10 initial free Runs. No credit card is required.
The allowance is shared by that Workspace and does not reset monthly.

## What counts as a Run

A Run is one explicit execution of one saved Test. Authoring or editing a
Project, Test Group, or Test does not start or consume a Run. A trustworthy
`PASSED` or `FAILED` execution counts toward usage; an `ERROR` that cannot
establish a trustworthy product result costs zero.

Starting a group of Tests creates one Run for each Test. An agent must not use
the remaining allowance automatically: each requested execution stays explicit.

## Check usage before running

Review the current Workspace usage before starting a large group. If the
allowance is exhausted, choose a paid plan before requesting more execution.
Tests, prior Runs, and evidence remain attached to the Workspace.

## Platform availability

The free allowance follows the same availability as paid execution. Direct Web
testing is available. Native Mobile and Desktop execution are not generally
available yet.
